    • By accepting these terms or signing a Customer Authorisation Form, the Customer acknowledges:
      • Understanding of these Terms of Service.
      • Agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.
      • All data on the device has been backed up, understanding the risk of data loss.

    • Quote Provision: MCIR may provide a Quote for Services, which is valid for ten (10) days and subject to change following assessment.
    • Fees: The Customer agrees to pay the estimated Fees, acknowledging these are subject to change based on actual Service requirements.
    • Completion of Services: MCIR will aim to complete Services by the Estimated Completion Date, subject to possible adjustments based on actual Service needs.
    • Additional Services: If additional Services are required, MCIR will inform the Customer and seek approval before proceeding.
  4. Devices Beyond Economical Repair
    • MCIR will inform the Customer if a device is deemed Beyond Economical Repair and discuss the options available, including the waiver of the Assessment Fee in exchange for the title to the device.
  5. Courier Service
    • Availability and fees for Courier Services are outlined, including the process for booking and responsibilities of the Customer regarding device pick-up.
  6. Loan Device
    • MCIR may provide a Loan Device, which must be returned in the same condition. The Customer is liable for any damage to the Loan Device.
  7. Service Risks
    • The Customer acknowledges risks such as data loss, potential damage, and impact on manufacturer’s warranties.
  8. Use of Personal Information
    • Personal information encountered during Service will be handled as per MCIR’s Privacy Policy.
  9. MCIR Warranty
    • A ninety (90) day limited warranty on parts and services is provided, with specific conditions and processes for warranty claims outlined.
  10. Glass Only Repairs
    • Details the limitations and specific warranty conditions for Glass Only Repairs.
  11. Customer Warranties and Indemnities
    • The Customer provides certain warranties and indemnities related to the Services and the device.
  12. Refunds

  13. Exclusion of Liability

  14. Limitation of Liability
